Ladies 18k white gold three stone ruby and diamond necklace featuring one round brilliant cut ruby measuring 4.50mm and weighing 0.50 carat. Also set are two round brilliant cut diamonds measuring 3.20mm diameter and weighing 0.24 carat total weight.
