PAYMENT:  I only accept paypal.  If a bidder has excessive negatives for non payment,
I will cancel their bid. All non paying bidders will receive negative feedback and be

SHIPPING: I ONLY use USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. Buyer
pays actual shipping charges only. I never charge for handling.  Because
of new postal rates all packages over one pound are now zoned and shipping 
charges cannot be determined until I have the high bidders shipping address.
Items under one pound are a fixed shipping charge any where in the US, and it 
is listed in the auction.
RETURN POLICY: No hassle refund of purchase price if described inaccurately or I 
overlook existing damage or condition problems, so bid with confidence, I will do
whatever I can to make this transaction a pleasant experience! But I do not sell
on approval so there is NO REFUND of shipping charges and item must be returned in 
same condition, no exceptions. 
NO REFUND for damage during shipping. Once it leaves here it is out of 
my control, therefore the high bidder is responsible for purchasing the 
necessary postal insurance to cover any potential damage. Any problems
need to be brought to my attention immediately upon receipt of the item.
        
INSURANCE: Optional, but recommended. I pack my items with extreme
care but, unfortunately, sometimes accidents do happen!
