The sooner you state your shipping preference, the sooner I provide costs. I ship from zip code 29316 Boiling Springs, SC - (eastern time zone). Please include item # or title in the “subject” area of any direct email, as I do not open email without a subject. I respond promptly to all [identifiable] mail - if you are not getting a response, please check your eBay Messages and spam/junk folders for my response, and ensure that I am set as a safe non-spam email contact.

Combined shipping will always apply when safe, practical and allowable.

I will ship prepaid using your choice of the following methods:

·          USPS (United States Postal Service) - your choice of all available [appropriate] speeds and services - see www.usps.com for details of their services and rates - where domestic USPS service is cost-effective - also note that tracking is only possible with Insurance over $50, Delivery Confirmation, Signature Confirmation, Certified Mail, Express Mail or Registered Mail. Ordinary mail is NOT track able.

·          UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground Service. If you need it sooner, please contact me about expedited shipping services (Next day air, 2^nd day etc.)

Payment is required IN US DOLLARS DRAWN ON A US BANK within 7 days of the transaction end (15 days international customers) using any of the following:

Non-payment will result in negative feedback and an eBay dispute strike! At my sole discretion, I will then either “second chance” or re-list the item. Please be sure to include the item number or title with your remittance - If I have to play detective, it will only delay your eagerly anticipated shipment!!!

WYSARIWYG (what you see and read is what you get). You will receive the actual item pictured and described. If there is any doubt in your mind whatsoever, please ASK before bidding/buying! Things in photos for the obvious purpose of illustrating scale or size are not considered to be part of the item.

All sales are final, except in the event of a material error in description. In such case, upon your safe return of the item in the identical condition as you received it with all supplied accessories, if any, a full refund, including your return shipping charges by the least expensive practical method will be promptly made. You must notify me within 24 hours of receipt if you believe there is a problem (or there has been damage in transit), and you must save all of the original packing materials (carriers demand this for insurance claims). Note that these provisions do not cover mere buyer’s remorse, damage by carrier, damage by you, misuse, improper connections or installation, and do not cover any fees you incur to make payment. Every effort is made to ensure an accurate description. I welcome your corrections!

I reserve the right to terminate the item and/or cancel bids if eBay experiences a technical problem within the final 2 hours of an auction. In such case, I will re-list the item ASAP with a shorter term. I also reserve the right to cancel bids from members with significant unexplained negative feedback, or who do not respond to my payment or location queries. The utmost of discretion will always be applied in these cases. I also reserve the right to sell any item locally, and terminate the eBay listing at any time.

Please do not ask me to terminate an auction early; this is not fair to other interested bidders and defeats the whole point and excitement of an auction. Please do not ask me to reveal a reserve price (if any); this defeats the protective purpose of the mechanism. Please do ask other questions about the item regarding details I may have inadvertently omitted from the description before you bid. Requests for additional information and photos are all taken seriously and responded to ASAP.
