IM NOT SURE IF ITS REFURBISHED OR NOT.IT LOOKS NEW IT HAS THE SEALED PLASTIC ON IT (SEE IN PICS) ANY WAY I HOOKED IT UP AND WORKS FINE.ALL I DID WAS CHECK TO SEE IF IT HAD A PICTURE YOU WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE START PROCESS.
