Poinsettia Pillowcase Dress OOAK




This auction has a low starting price to allow you to "sample" my work. The price in no way reflects the quality of the garment.

You are bidding on a pillowcase style dress, made from cotton fabric that I suspect is no longer available, I have had this piece 6-7 years. It is an off white background with pink/burgandy poinsettias, holly leaves and berries as well as tiny silver sccents. This dress is my sample and ready to ship. It measures 22 1/2 inches. Measure your little one from her collarbone down 22 1/2 inches to see if this will fit. This would be great with a turtle neck/T-shirt, or worn over tights, leggings, etc.


My 76 year old aunt calls them "Sack dresses" because my grandmother made them for her out of feed and flour sacks in the 1930's. These are vintage inspired with a new twist.


I hand tack the ribbons to keep them from slipping and they're treated with a fray blocker so they can be washed. All of my supplies are stored in a smoke-free home in a sewing room.
