Kodak Ektar Enlarging lens, f:4.5 50mm. Aperture works throughout range. Lens is clear. Has not been cleaned so there may be a little bit of external dust. I don't have any calipers but the approximate measurements are 1-1/4 wide, 1.1 inch high and the threads are about 22mm wide and 1/4 inch deep.
