RETURNS

Every endeavour is made to list all known faults however we are only human and some do get passed us. If you would like a refund on an item

it will have to be returned within 10days

to us. We will inspect it to confirm the fault and then will issue the refund.

If no fault is found the buyer will have to pay postage again to

have the unit shipped back to them. We do not refund return shipping.

We reserve the right on large or expensive items to

repair items via a contractor in the buyers region rather then have them returned.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

The item will be shipped ASAP after receipt of payment as per photograph and a ‘DOA’ back-to-base warranty is provided.

All postage quotes are calculated using the Australia Post website. All items are sent via registered post. Road freight is used where items are outside the freight conditions of Australia Post.

On computer and server technology a two (2) day grace period is provided to allow for the client to test the units due to their complexity. Server diagnostic programs are available on manufacturer’s web sites for this purpose.

If your post code is within the North Queensland region arrangements can be made to pick up locally if required.

If transport damage occurs then we will endeavor to settle the problem or damage caused. Notification of damage should be forthcoming as soon as possible. Negation with the buyer to reach a satisfactory resolution will be entered into. Digital Photographs will be required as proof of damage.
