Description: This is a beautiful solid mahogany and flame mahogany veneered single drawer Georgian design bedside table / hall / sofa side table / wine table having a single frieze drawer, dating from the early 20th Century. The table stands on square moulded legs rising above which is a single galleried shelf with a pierced gallery in solid mahogany with elongated ovals and circular piercings. Rising over this are the decortive 'C' scroll spandrels with a single frieze drawer in solid mahogany with solid mahogany hand-cut dovetail joints to the linings. Rising over this is a beautiful shaped apron with a moulded edge forming a beautiful shaped step as it rises to meet the legs, with a beautiful flame mahogany veneered top with cupped tops to the legs. The table retains its original solid brass handle. The table is of very nice quality having a beautiful rich colour. Date: The table dates circa 1920 - 1950.
Condition: The table is in fine condition, having very minor wear consistent with age and authenticity.
