Insurance is required on all of my auctions. Most items are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. However, the seller may choose an alternate shipping service at their discretion.
Scheduled shipping days are Monday and Thursdays. If I am not tied up I make daily special evening runs. :-)

Alot of items sold are either store demos, customer returns or new shelf pulls. On some open or no box items there may be blemishes, scratches or marks. That is why I take large and precise photos, what you see is what you will get unless it is a multiple listing. I love nice things so rest assured if I am selling it, then I would use it.
NEVER a D.O.A. item as I personally twice-test all items I sell in front of a video camera to protect myself from shady buyers. As all sales are final so make sure you are bidding on the right item.
With any and all iPod docks/speakers we guarantee them to be tested and working with 3 different iPods unless otherwise stated. As there are so many variables in the condition of YOUR iPod including wear and tear and the alignment of YOUR iPod interface we do not guarantee that your iPod will work. (there have been 3 instances to date) In these instances there will be no refunds, only exchanges. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping and a $10 repackaging/restocking fee
I pack everything wearing micro-fiber gloves after it is cleaned, disinfected and wiped down because I know it is very important to feel like you are the first person who has touched your "new" purchase.

We all know eBay is about to initiate a new feedback system that is questionable for the seller. We will not be intimidated by unscrupulous buyers who attempt to itimidate with threats of negative feedback.
