Hardcover in original jacket with a signature on the title page.  Includes several pages of photographs.  First Edition is stated on the copyright page and the letter lining ends with "A". $25.00 price is intact on the jacket. Jacket is in NEAR FINE condition with very little edgewear and no age-toning.  Some light bumping on corners, no tears or paper loss, all flap corners intact.  Book is in NEAR FINE condition and is square and tightly bound with clean, crisp pages inside.  Beige boards with red cloth binding and gold spine lettering, some light bumping on bottom edges of boards, pages have no stray marks or inscriptions from previous owners.

FlatSigned means HAND SIGNED on the page, not personalized (as in "To Billy") or signed on an attached sticker or bookplate. A book which has been FlatSigned is almost always a better investment and is far more desirable than a book that is personalized or contains a signed sticker/bookplate.
