Used, partially working Toshiba Portege M200 Tablet PC sold as-is for repair or parts. Installed Microsoft Windows XP Professional Tablet PC edition installation is corrupted (potential hard drive failure), so computer does not get beyond driver loading as shown in picture and will not boot from external optical drive to allow a system restore. Internal battery no longer holds charge.
