U.S.A. ...3 WATTS, 60 CYC. 115 VOLTS, AC ONLY...THE CLOCK MEASURES APPROX. 7" ACROSS...CONDITION IS  GOOD, THERE ARE SOME  SLIGHT SCUFFS AND SCRATCHES ON THE CLEAR PLASTIC FACE COVER AND THERE IS SOME GLUE RESIDUE ON THE BACK SIDE FROM A STICKER.
