This phone has been tested to power up and make a test call. All buttons are functional unless otherwise stated, and if the phone has a camera, the camera has been tested and is functional. No guarantee is made on battery life.

If you wish to have the phone replaced due a defect in the functionality of the phone, the buyer must send the phone back within 7 days of the buyer's receipt of the phone in order to process a replacement. Cellular Country will issue a replacement for all defective phones. Only if no replacement is in stock will Cellular Country will issue a refund. Buyer is responsible for return freight when returning a phone. For nondefective returns, a $10 or 15 percent restocking and relisting fee will apply, whichever is greater.

We only ship to the United States. Shipping is FREE via USPS First Class Mail. All emails will be sent to your email address registered with eBay. Shipping typically take 2-3 business days from time of payment. We almost always ship the item within 1 business day of payment.
