Hardback with dust jacket. Very nice early Book Club Edition of this classic. On front endpage is a stamp from 'Rhodes of Seattle' bookstore and library and above that is written 3¢ a day. This price for their lending library dates the book as being an early printing as well as the fact that I was born in Seattle in 1960 and I've never heard of Rhodes of Seattle. A couple of minor stains to bottom edge of text block otherwise pages are clean and crisp with no other markings, tears, creases, etc.

Very nice dust jacket with just some slight edgewear; 'Book Club Edition' stated at bottom of inside front flap.

Gray boards, quarter bound in black with white lettering on the spine; binding is sound; top-edge of text block yellow; 255 pages.
