This is a Block of 4 (Upper Left corner) of the 1966 Australia Post $2 stamps depicting the famous navigator GEORGE BASS.

These stamps were part of the first issue of decimals in Australia and, although they went on sale on 7 February of that year, they

were not valid for postage until a week later. 

The stamps have been stored in a mint sheet stock book and are in MUH condition.

They will be mailed, securely packed, in a padded envelope.
