Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item and shipping destination along with materials and labor cost. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. Our preferred shipping carriers:
For items over 2 lbs., we typically ship via FedEx Ground. For items under 2 lbs. we typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. FedEx and UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Freight quotes are available on Local Pick-up items.

We require insurance on most items with a winning bid over $100. Insurance will also be required on pottery, glass, china and most electronic items. A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $250. There will be no exceptions.

Larger items or complex shipments may require more time for proper preparation and packing. Merchandise will ship 3 - 5 business days after payment confirmation.

International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally.

Combined Shipping: We can combine shipping. Combined shipping rates are determined at checkout by our automated system. You will receive a checkout email at the conclusion of the auction that will select all auctions won over the last 7 days. You typically receive a $2 to $3 discount on each additional auction won, paid for and shipped together. We cannot provide a quote for combined shipping till checkout as it will be dependent upon size and weight of shipment.

LOCAL PICK UP: Please contact us at service.ks0208@i-soldit.com if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our store. In-store pick up of this item is ONLY available at this store. All local pick-ups will be charged state sales tax + a handling fee.

RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction is important to us. iSold It strives to accurately list and photograph every item we list for sale so that bidders can buy with confidence! Therefore, we only accept returns if the item was not as described in the auction. All items are sold As Is.
