However, this site is already installed and hosted on our servers (NerdAtom.com), ready for a simple name change on the cPanel admin.  Since part of our business model is website hosting we are able to sell custom websites at lower cost and make up the difference over time with our compeditive hosting plans.  If you choose to use your own hosting we must charge a small fee of $25 to cover the labor costs involved in moving the website.  Just let us know that you will be hosting elsewhere and we will deliver an invoice. We will need complete access to your hosting account (Username and password) and the hosting must support PHP5 or higher and mySQL 4.0 or higher.

Q: What happens next if I win the auction?
A: Once we have received your payment we will send you an email with step by step instructions on how to join the merchants programs (e.g. Google, eBay, Amazon & Clickbank) and enter your affiliate id's into a form that we will include. Once completed the form should be sent to us, and we can then update the website so that commission payments will go to you.
