Medela Electric Dual Breast "Pump In Style Advanced" Shoulder Bag!  The breastpump is discreetly part of the black carrying case that doubles as a stylish shoulder bag.

There are two outer side pockets, as well as wide outside zippered pocket.  Inside there are four mesh covered pockets to keep smaller accessories as well as a large open area to keep bottles, etc.  The wide shoulder strap is adjustable.  The front portion pulls out to utilize the breastpump, and securely closes with velcro tabs.  It can be used for single or dual pumping action.  The speed and suction is adjustable.
