	We charge only our actual postage cost for shipping. See the table below for Canada Post rates. We DO NOT charge handling fees. We DO NOT charge for packaging. We provide FREE insurance. (Some countries require the use of Small Packet Rate at higher cost -- see below).
	We package securely using strong plastic stiffener and plastic sleeves to protect your lots. (See the many positive comments about our packaging and shipping in our feedback.)
	No risk of loss in the mail ! We carry a comprehensive insurance policy that protects your lots against disappearance, theft and damage in transit for no extra cost. (For some countries, for shipments with value over $20, we must use the "Small Packet Rate" for a flat rate cost of $8.00 for letters up to 250 grams [or the higher rate shown in the case of bulky lots]). 	We combine shipping costs. Buyers of multiple lots are charged only actual costs (See Canada Post rate table below for estimated combined costs). We will automatically put all your lots for the week together on one email invoice.
	Multiple lot purchasers should wait for our e-mail invoice with combined shipping cost before using PayPal to pay for multiple lots.
	Registration: Registration is available at our cost of $12.50 in addition to letter rate postage. Registration is required for shipments over $250. Maximum weight of registered letter allowed by Canada Post is 500 grams.
	International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up; do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - Canadian and International government regulations prohibit such behaviour.

Canada Post has thickness as well as size limits on letters. The 5mm maximum thickness for Basic Letters allows only one standard size cover to be shipped at this rate. Multiple cover lots, or covers larger than this size are automatically in the Oversize Letter category. Standard size covers are those which will fit safely into a 156mm x 245mm [about 6in x 9in] shipping envelope.
The number of covers shown is approximate. It depends on their thickness and weight and whether we remove individual plastic sleeves . Note that it is number of covers that counts, not number of lots, as we frequently sell lots made up of several covers. We have tried to be conservative in our estimates.
Please use these amounts as estimates for purchasing multiple lots only. Wait for our invoice with actual postage cost before paying for multiple lots. If you are paying for only this one lot, use the postage quoted as "Shipping Cost for this Item" shown above.
