A = No immediately noticeable blemishes or wear on the housing or stand.

B = Wear, scratches, or other blemishes on the housing and/or stand.

C = Scratches or other wear on the screen. Other signs of wear on the housing and/or stand may exist, too.

We do not ship outside of the Contiguous United States.

TV SPECIFICATIONS:

Note:  Although our eBay Store is open 24/7, please know that we do not keep regular weekend hours.  We vow to diligently and efficiently serve our customers from Monday through Friday.  Therefore, note that no orders will be shipped or processed on Saturday or Sunday.  Also, please forgive us if our communication is lacking during the weekend as well. 

Payments:

For payment, we prefer and strongly recommend Pay Pal. 

Please do not purchase anything from us unless you are able to pay within five business days. 

Buyers in Indiana:

Please pay Indiana Sales Tax of 7% for all purchases.

Pick-Up Customers:

Please add an additional $20.00 at checkout for our handling fee.  All Pick-Up customers who have not pre-paid electronically will be charged 7% Indiana sales tax when they pay at our facility.

Pick-Ups can be arranged from 9:00am – 5:30pm Tuesday – Friday only.  Please contact us to schedule a pick up time within this timeframe.

Shipping Customers:

We only ship within the Continental United States.  We do NOT ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada, Mexico, or any place outside of the “Lower 48 States.”

Please Note!

Buyers, please provide your Contact Name & Phone Number for the sole purpose of the shipping company contacting you directly to confirm your location and schedule delivery.  Please note that we will not be able to ship your item until you provide this information to us.  Also, please know that we will not share this information with any third party other than the shipping company.  Please send your contact information to the email address linked to this eBay Store.  We will absolutely not be able to ship any item until we have this information.

Processing and Delivery:

We require 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday - Friday) to Process all orders after we receive the buyer's contact information.  If the customer does not provide us with their Phone Number in that time, we will have to wait to finish processing the order until the necessary information is received.

Once the order is processed, the shipping timelines are as follows:

32” TV’s and Smaller:

Will be shipped via UPS Services and usually takes between 2 – 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday) for delivery.

37” TV’s and Larger:

Usually we will ship these units via ABF Freight Services.  Delivery generally takes between 3 – 5 Business Days (Monday - Friday).  The shipping company may need to contact the customer to schedule delivery or verify their address.

All customers will receive their tracking information from us when their item has shipped.  If you have not received your tracking info from us within five days of purchasing your item, please contact us immediately. 

Upon receiving your TV via ABF Freight, you need to check the condition BEFORE you sign and the driver leaves.  Open the package and plug it in to ensure no damage has occurred to the screen during shipping.  If the screen is damaged, do not accept the package and contact us.  If you do not check the TV before you sign and screen damage has occurred, we will not be able to replace the TV for you.  Any functional damage is still covered under the warranty.

Shipping Insurance:

Insurance is built in to the shipping cost of each item, regardless of size or shipping method.  All items are covered in transit by this insurance, so if any damage is incurred, please contact us to file a claim on your behalf.

Due to the implementation of mandatory shipping insurance, PTS waves all responsibility and liability for damage incurred during transit.  Each item is packaged professionally and designed to absolutely withstand normal shipping and handling procedures when it leaves our facility.  Any damage that may be incurred in transit will be a result of extraordinary circumstances.

Shipping Fees:

Please note that we use a flat fee structure, explicitly stated in the item description, for all buyers across the nation for our shipping fees.  While the shipping fee might be construed to be exorbitant by some buyers, please note that we feel that it is the fairest and most universally applicable way to provide shipping fees to our customers.  We try to be as up front about this as possible.  If you do not feel that the shipping fee that we charge is agreeable, then please do not purchase an item from us.

Warranty:

All items are covered by a 7-day warranty.  This warranty covers items that arrive DOA or have some other kind of functional anomaly not related to damage incurred during shipping and handling.

We do not offer an extended warranty.

For all warranty claims, the item must be shipped back to us, so that we may verify the claim.  The customer must pay for all shipping charges to return the item to us.

Returns:

We accept returns if they meet the following requirements:

The item must be returned in the original packaging, in order to ensure safe transit.

Buyers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for the warranty claim to be valid.  Tronics Trading is not liable for any damage or abuse the item may incur from being mishandled during transit or upon being received and handled by the customer.

Refunds:

For all warranty claims on defective merchandise, the item must be shipped back to us, so that we may verify the claim.  The customer must pay for all return shipping charges.  Tronics Trading will pay to send a replacement item, of equal or greater value, back to the customer, if the warranty claim is valid and a refund is not preferred instead.

If a refund is preferred instead of a replacement, the customer will be reimbursed their entire purchase amount that appeared on the Invoice.

Non-Defective Merchandise that is safely returned while under warranty entitles the customer to a refund of the sale price, less a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable if the item is non-defective.

We do not guarantee the DVD players will work in the TVs with built-in DVD players, and the players are not covered under our warranty.  While the TVs themselves are guaranteed to be functionally pristine, the DVD player may not be.  We track this information as best as we can, and try to provide a notice in the item description, if the DVD player is deficient.  Nevertheless, sometimes the unit malfunctions in handling or in transit, and there is no way for us to know.  Please keep in mind that a malfunctioning DVD player will not otherwise affect the functionality of the TV.
