Michigan Residents - a 6% sales tax will be added to all purchases. Michigan residents can opt to pick up any item for a $5 fee.

Refunds: Gently worn items are refundable, for due bill only. Due bills are good for the period of one year. All NWT (new with tags) items are refundable within 7 business days of receipt and in same new condition. All refunds are without postage.

If there is any problem with your shipment, please contact us immediately. We will gladly try and solve any problems.

All items are shipped Priority Mail or First Class mail with tracking. Insurance is provided for packages over $25.

International Buyers are provided with both standard and priority options. Standard shipping does not include tracking and/or insurance. Standard airmail may also take up to 6 weeks. Therefore, we highly recommend priority international, but realize that it may not be an affordable expense. International sales $49.99 and over must go priority international.

We love our international buyers and want to make this a happy experience. We must point out though that duty charges are the responsibility of the buyer, as well as, any return postage, if the item is not suitable. Please feel free to contact us with any suggestions or questions.

Most items are shipped within 24 hours of payment.

Combined shipping: We do offer combined shipping at an additional $2 per item. Combined shipping may be slightly higher for heavier items or international items, such as suits or shoes. We will gladly offer you our best shipping fees for large packages, rather than charge the standard $2 per item. We do have a small handling fee included in the shipping. This covers our packaging and supplies. We only ship to the address on your paypal account.
