Though we do everything we can to ensure that the item you receive is better than you could have ever expected, there will be times when you may want to for whatever reason return your purchase. Just email us within 3 days of receipt and we will forward you an RA# and return instructions. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Your purchase price will be refunded in full less a 10% restocking fee, shipping handling and insurance is not refundable, for items with free shipping the shipping cost will be deducted.
