Packages are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (most often sooner) of my receiving cleared payment, excluding weekends. Please keep in mind that Echecks can take 5 to 7 days to clear.

Domestic packages ship with free delivery confirmation and insurance - items will be replaced free of charge if lost or damaged during transit.

A shipping notification email will be sent after your package is in possession of the postal service.

Returns for refund or exchange will be accepted within 7 days of customer receipt of item providing that the product sent back is in the same condition as was received - unused and unopened. Refund amount will be for the winning bid amount. Customer pays return shipping cost unless there was a mistake in the listing or mistake in item shipped, then a full refund will be given or shipping costs will be refunded for an exchange. Customer must email me prior to shipping back for return authorization and instructions.
