If there is an issue with the shipping address AFTER the auction is closed, you will be charged a 15% processing fee before your refund is issued AND negative feedback will be posted.  Closing the auction and then changing the address costs us money, eBay will not refund the closing fee without going thru a LONG process, and with our low profit margins, we cannot afford this type of charges.

We take our eBay business seriously, and want to inform all our customers of our procedures.  If you are the winner of an auction, we expect to receive a response and payment promptly.  We send out confirmation and payment instructions to every auction winner.

• Returns for un-opened merchandise are accepted within 1 week of receipt of goods, and only with original tags, not used, in original box with all documentation and COMPLETE with all wiring, manuals, and accessories, freight paid by buyer. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
• A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT FOR RETURNS.  This fee covers cost of packaging material, packing and administrative labor.  Merchandise must be in resalable condition.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund if merchandise appears to be incomplete or in other than perfect condition.
• IMPORTANT:  Listings with FREE SHIPPING means that the shipping charges are included on the purchase price.  If an item is purchased and then returned for refund, we will deduct our cost of shipping charges from the refund.

• Products carry a Salectronics (that's us) for the length  of time specified at the top of the listing.
• All warranty claims must be done through our RMA system (see below). 
• Warranty shipments are paid by buyer (from you to us) and we will pay the return freight (from us to you) of the replacement/repair. 
• All warranty items will be tested, repaired and shipped back within 10 days of receipt.
• We may choose to exchange your item at our discretion and ONLY if the item is within the warranty period.  We do this in case the item will take too long to repair or is unrepairable.
• Returns shipped without a Return Authorization number will be rejected at our warehouse.
