Our return policy offers a full refund or exchange under the following circumstances. The item that was bought must be returned to us in the same condition as it was sold (worn products of any sort are not redeemable). Your satisfaction is very important to us. If we happen to make a mistake on packaging (poor packaging, sending the wrong item, etc.) you will receive a refund or exchange for your product and the return shipping will be reimbursed! If you happen to simply just not like your item or the size didn't fit right, you will be fully refunded except return shipping which is the responsibility of the buyer. Payment Details

We accept Paypal. Everything purchased must be paid in US dollars. A buyer must claim the shoes 14 days after the close of an auction or the item will be relisted. If we are not contacted within 7 days of purchase an unpaid item strike will be filed to Ebay. For all international customers, we have absolutely no control over duties, taxes etc. that you are charged. If a product is not allowed in your country do not bid on it. Refunds will not be granted if your package is denied and retained at customs.

Shipping

We deal with US shipping through UPS ground and global shipping through USPS Global Express Mail. Our shipping department makes sure each and every package we send out is sent out secure the RIGHT WAY! As soon as a purchase is made our shipping department is notified and shipped out that day or at the very latest the following day. We do however work Monday-Friday so we do not ship on weekends. Please ask on shipping discounts because we do offer combine shipping discounts if you happen to buy more than one item from us. You will be provided a tracking number as soon as your box is shipped via e-mail.
