Payment

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  To pay by credit card, please notify us and we will send you a link to pay on our secure server.  All payments MUST be in US funds.  Payment is due within seven days of auction close or buy-now.  Non-paying bidder alerts are filed after seven days. We will ONLY ship to the address provided as the SHIP TO address with the payment.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  If paying by credit card, the billing address provided must match the billing address on file with your issuing bank. 6% sales tax is added to all orders shipping within the state of Michigan. 

Shipping

All shipping is via USPS 1st class, priority or express mail.  We will gladly combine shipping on multiple purchases.  Please limit combining to auctions that end within three days of each other.  We cannot guarantee shipping times nor arrival times and will not be responsible for delays thereof (Including CHRISTMAS or any other event or holiday). Please order in PLENTY OF TIME to ensure your package arrives when needed.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS:  First class mail international is an UNTRACKABLE and UNINSURED service.  Selecting first class mail international as the shipping method is done at the BUYER'S OWN RISK.  We will NOT reimburse for lost or damaged items that are shipped first class mail international.  Please be aware that most countries assess customs and/or duty fees on international shipments.  Such customs and/or duty fees are the responsibility of the bidder and will be charged to you by your local post office upon pick-up.  For specific custom fee information, please contact your local post office before bidding.  We do NOT mark packages as GIFT nor do we reimburse in any way for customs fees or duties.  Buyer must be sure the item ordered is accepted in their country.  We will not be responsible for items confiscated by customs.  Insured parcels must be missing 45 days from date of shipping before we will initiate an insurance claim for international shipments due to customs delays.

Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.  We will, however, gladly replace any merchandise that arrives damaged or defective (this covers manufacturer defects and damages to the product other than shipping damage and does NOT cover imprinting or quality satisfaction).  Request for replacement must be made within seven days of receipt of item.  We may, at our discretion, require you to return the damaged product or offer other proof of damage such as photo or scan of the item.

Our Engraving Process

All engraving is done with a state-of-the-art laser engraving machine. Laser engraving is NOT like traditional or rotary engraving as it does not penetrate the surface of metals, rather it removes the coating of the metal, or in cases of chrome and stainless steel permanently fuses a chemical to the metal. This process provides a more vivid and precision engraving that results in superior contrast to that of traditional engraving. Glass items are etched with the laser to produce a frosted engraving and wood and leather products are engraved by precision burning providing excellent contrast. Please note that "UNLIMITED ENGRAVING" means we do not charge extra after a certain limit. However, this does not mean that we can somehow fit more on a particular item than the size of that item will allow. We reserve the right to request you modify your engraving instructions should they exceed an acceptable size for the product.
