Purchasing insurance is entirely at buyer’s discretion. We recommend insurance, and will not be held responsible to items once they leave our hands unless insurance was purchased. Most items will ship with a delivery confirmation number that buyer will receive via email upon shipment. This will be used as our proof of delivery.
As is the case with everything we sell, it comes with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please notify D & H Distributors at dnhmac@cox.net within 10 days of item ship date, and we will make every effort to correct the problem. If the item is to be returned, a full refund will be made, excluding any shipping and handling charges. Item returned at buyer’s expense. Any item being returned must be in the same condition as when shipped to the buyer. For your safety, and ours, we have recorded serial numbers, from the certificates of authenticity, on all autographed items. This 100% satisfaction guarantee does not apply to items that were lost or damaged in shipment. Above all we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase.
