Up for auction is an adorable porcelin doll that was sold by AVON in 1985 - "LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD ".  The design of this doll was inspired by one of our favorite characters from a beloved fairy tale.  Here is Little Red Riding Hood, beautifully costumed in a delicate, lace trimmed frock under her red hooded cape.  She carries her basket of goodies and is ready to go to her Grandmother's house.  This porcelin doll is approximately 7 1/2" tall.   This doll has been kept in its plastic bag and in its box since purchase.  A doll stand comes with the doll.  While in storage, the box for this doll was torn and mashed somewhat, but the doll was not hurt in any way.
