Zeiss Ikon Icarex 35CS TM Looks Good But Needs Help

This is a Zeiss Ikon Icarex 35CS TM body with Auto Chinon 55mm 1.7 lens.  This camera uses a standard M42 threadmount lens. PLEASE READ THIS. The shutter works at all speeds except 1/2 second. The meter was working, but now it does not. I am not sure what the problem is and I am NOT including a battery. It uses a PX625 (PX13) 1.35v type. The lens diaphragm is not working. I am sure there is oil on the blades. The focus is smooth and the glass looks good. No fungus. The meter and top plate look very nice. No dents. The baseplate has a couple of very small edge dents. This is minor. The back door has some minor wear. No missing leather. The viewfinder is nice and clear. No fungus. I think this is a nice collectors item and if you fix the lens or just find a 42mm threadnount lens this is a useable camera. You do not see many of these anymore so do not miss out!!.
