This is clearly an old kit, from a company I assume is long out of business, but it looks to be a well made kit (which unfortunately was why most dollhouse companies have gone out of business). As a collector, I was drawn to the rareness of this kit and the huge porch!

I am thinning out my personal collection of dollhouse kits.  This is a final sale, so please ask questions prior to bidding. Remember your bid is a commitment to pay.
