This camera has an LCD that doesn't work, but otherwise the camera still works fine.  It comes with the battery, the charger and charger stand, the USB cable, the AV cable, the manual, and the CDs for the software.  You can still take pictures using the built-in view finder, but without the LCD you can't make changes to the default picture settings and it is obviously much less convenient to take a picture as well.  Probably best for parts (battery, charger, and camera parts).
