ABOUT THESE BOOKS

These are standard-size paperbacks (about 4" x 7") except for First King of Shannara, which is a book club edition small hardcover with dust jacket (book club editions have the exact same text as retail editions but are usually smaller in size and may have other cosmetic differences).

On a scale of poor, fair, good, very good, and excellent condition, the books range from fair (heavy wear or aging, but perfectly readable) to very good (only minor wear).  All the books have their covers and strong bindings.  Pages in some books have age-tanning, and one or more books may have a former owner's name, bookstore stamp, or other minor markings not affecting the text.  Otherwise, pages are clean and tight with no writing, missing or loose pages, or odors.  These are NOT ex-library books. 

These books should be considered a reading set only, and are not intended as collectibles or a complete or matching set.
