Old Photo of Movie Actor Richard Ney in Original Frame

My dad's 1943 high school graduation picture was in this 7x9 in. glass frame.  When I took out his picture, I found Richard Nye's signed stock photo underneath.  So, I know this store-bought frame is from the 1940's.  The frame itself shows signs of wear--see photos I have included. 

But, the 5x7 photo of Richard Ney is in excellent shape.  There is a small tear at the very bottom of the picture--but, you can only see it from the back of the frame--it doesn't show up when viewing the picture from the front.

{I am including a backing piece (from another picture frame) that can be attached to the glass frame to help display the photo.}
