Payment Information:

All International orders must use PayPal.

Shipping Policy:

There is no guaranteed shipping day for your item. We will try our best to get all orders out as fast as possible. Once your item has shipped, a shipping notification E-Mail with a Shipping Confirmation Number will be sent to the E-Mail address you have on file with eBay. Please make sure that it is updated to get all replies and E-Mails from us. 99% of the time, Shipping Confirmation is included in the E-Mails. We do not give Shipping Confirmation over the phone. Please do not call for updates on your orders. All inquiries are handled through E-Mails. If the order is Refused, Returned Due To Insufficient Address, Incorrect Address, Unclaimed or does not have a reason enclosed, there will be a deduction of any postage we incur as a result of an item being returned for the above reasons. International Shipping will be shipped via Priority according to actual weight and Country - All Alaska, Hawaii and International customers should inquire about a shipping quote before bidding.

Damaged Products:

All claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 24 hours from the date that the merchandise was received. The claim can be initiated by you or us. All original packing materials and/or boxes must be saved and made available for inspection, in order for a damage claim to be considered by the shipper. If you decide to file a claim with the shipper directly, you must notify us to receive proper credit or replacement. Once you have signed for delivery, you may not be able to file a claim with the delivery company.
