Shipping Time-

Generally we ship within 24-48 hours. Take into account weekends. Also, we are a 3 person shop, so sometimes things do happen. We do our best, but people must have days off. And we do a lot of business off EBAY. So things can get hectic.

Paypal orders ship right away, but Echecks thru paypal will ship AFTER they clear.

Returns/ Refunds-

Ebay is an auction house. All rules apply. We do not accept returns. Know this BEFORE you buy. All items are stocked and/or made in our shop. They are all brand new unless otherwise stated. If you buy something and it does not work for your guitar, please do not blame us. We picture all our products here, we do not use stock photos or descriptions. Make sure that you are aware of what you need. Sometimes aftermarket parts require mods to work. If you are restoring a '57 Strat, please do not buy a $20 harness! Common sense for most people, but there are a few that do not understand this concept.

This rule does not apply if the item is defective. Rare, but it does happen. If this is the case, we will exchange the item at our expense.

 PROBLEMS-

Okay, sometimes people have an issue. We will bend over backwards to fix it, but you MUST let us know. Please don't leave a bad feedback and air your dirty laundry! It is not fair to us if we are not aware of any problems. In EVERY listing ,we give you our email and TOLL FREE number. We are here 9-6 Pacific time Mon-Sat. There is no reason not to pick up the phone and call us on OUR dime. We cannot make it any easier.

With Ebay's new feedback system, we have no recourse for bad bidders. This is not fair to seller's and some bidders are taking advantage of sellers threatening negative FB if they do not meet there crazy demands. This is against policy, and we WILL report you. So do not try.

Most of our customers are repeat buyers, and if this is your first time, we welcome you. We value your business in the upmost, but remember, we do not need the headache. Ebay is only a small part of our overall sales. If you are looking for a problem, or a freebie, skate on by. We sell guitar parts for the hobbyist/ builder, and we supply many shops too. We offer the best prices we can, and all products are made by us or come factory direct, we DO NOT drop ship. All items listed are in our shop. As the owner, I built my first guitar over twenty years ago, and have been in business since 2000. While I know alot, it is far from everything. But, I am very knowledgable about all the parts we sell.

Custom Pickguards-

We wire them to the customer specs, so please give us a few days to do the work. If you want something different then listed, please let us know. But you must allow us a few days to complete the job.

Tech Service-

Since we do offer a wide array of products that require soldering, please make sure that you know how to solder. We do many pre wired pickguards and harnesses, but some soldering is still required. We cannot and will not teach you how to solder. One customer (did not know how to solder) actually left us a bad feedback , then send many emails asking for our help to teach him! ( Yes, you know who you are).

We offer customer service, but basic knowledge is required. We cannot explain the basics to you. We can help, but paying repair customers in the store come first. As the old saying goes, "Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free?" No more. Understand the project before you tackle it. Most soldering only requires the input jack and bridge ground. All other soldering is done already.Our in-store repair rate is $35.00 dollars an hour, and we are ALWAYS busy. So please know that you can handle the job BEFORE you buy.

As stated before, we value your business. We are here to help, but if you are not able to comply with our rules, PLEASE buy your product someplace else. Sorry for the long winded reading here, but a few bad apples have made this very much needed.
