Choose between UPS Ground (1-5 business day transit based on zone) or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business day transit).  Insurance and tracking are included in the shipping price; you will be e-mailed tracking information once shipped. UPS does not ship to post office boxes; please provide a physical address.
  • Please allow two business days for processing prior to shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DETAILS:

  • International Buyers may calculate rates and select preferred shipping service under the shipping tab.  Choose USPS Priority Mail International (7-14 day transit) or USPS Express Mail International (5-9 day transit).    Please allow two business days for processing prior to shipment.
  • Insurance is included with all services; USPS Express Mail International provides real time tracking capabilities whereas Priority Mail International tracking is limited to arrival at your customs office.
  • Please use the shipping and payment tab in the listing to calculate your actual shipping charges.

    • Returns must be in the original condition as shipped and include all accompanying packaging.
    • You must request a return authorization number (R.A. #) within 3 business days.
    • We will issue you a return label for UPS, it will come through your email account. Simply print, attach, and bring to any UPS drop-off location at your earliest convenience (the sooner we receive your return, the sooner you will receive your refund).
    • We will issue you a refund via PayPal upon arrival less all shipping costs. ( We'll pay all shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.)  
    • Please do not pay for return shipping (via Post Office, UPS, or otherwise) and expect to be reimbursed. We will not refund any shipping charges incurred independently of above procedure.
