This product is covered by our 30 day warranty EXCHANGE policy. Our warranty covers exchange for defective products only and refunds will not be issued. The 30 days starts on the date we ship your item. We must be notified of any problems within 30 days and must we must receive the product back within 10 days upon you notifying us of a problem, or your product will not be covered.

Warranty is void if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is also void due to abuse, misuse, defacing, and improper operation or installation. We track our serial numbers, attempts to send back a different unit will not be exchanged!

Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage.

We shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and reinstallation charges associated with defective product.

Products MUST have original packaging, and contain all manuals and accessories for return to be accepted unless otherwise instructed by us.

Product exchanges may take up to 10 business days to complete do to stock issues. The product will be shipped back to you UPS ground. Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to us.
