Domestic Orders
•All orders are processed within 12-24 hours.•All merchandise ships from the United States.
•Kentucky residents are responsible for 6% sales tax.
•All United States FedEx Ground, 2 Day and Next Day Air shipments, with merchandise value of $75 or more, and/or shipping to an apartment or condo complex will require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.
•All shipping methods come with tracking visibility. All tracking numbers are sent via e-mail within 24-48 hours of payment being received (orders are processed within 12-24 hours). If you do not receive the tracking number, please contact customer service.
•Orders for more than (10) pairs of shoes domestically are considered bulk purchases and will be subject to actual freight charges. Please contact Customer Service if you plan on ordering more than (10) pairs of shoes domestically
International Orders
•All orders are processed within 12-24 hours.•Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Street Moda is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any import duties and/or import taxes.
•Per US and International government regulations, we cannot mark false merchandise values and/or mark items as gifts.
•Street Moda DOES NOT ship to the following countries via DHL Global Mail: Albania, Bulgaria, Dubai, French Polynesia, Germany, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Norway, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania, Singapore, and the Ukraine. You must select FedEx International Express or USPS Express Mail if you live in these countries.
If you are a customer outside of the United States, you will be subject to not only customs and duty fees, but taxes such as GST in Australia and VAT in the United Kingdom. Our prices do NOT include these taxes. These taxes will be collected by the delivering freight company.
•DHL Global Mail does not provide tracking numbers. If you wish to have tracking visibility, please select Fedex International Economy.
•Orders for more than(5) pairs internationally are considered bulk purchases and will be subject to actual freight charges. Please contact Customer Service if you plan on ordering more than(5) pairs internationally, so we can quote actual shipping charges.
Payment
All orders are processed within 12-24 hours (business days only). Please include processing times for the estimated delivery time. In order to receive combined shipping rates, all of your items must be included in one checkout. If all of your items purchased do not appear in the checkout, please let customer service know so we can combine them manually. NOTE: We cannot automatically combine invoices from multiple Street Moda sites. If you purchase something from our US and/or AU store, we will have to manually refund for combined shipping rate. Please alert customer service in this situation so we can adjust your invoice. If you are paying via PayPal and complete payment via an ACH/e-check, your payment will take 3-5 business days to clear. We do NOT ship until payment is cleared. If you have an ebay coupon you wish to redeem, please do not complete your checkout. Contact Customer Service and we will directly invoice you for your purchase through Paypal. While we do accept International card payments through paypal., we are no longer able to accept the direct credit cards. Therefore, if your credit card is registered outside of the United States, your credit card payment will not be able to be accepted. Any international card payments will be voided out/returned to customer's card within 30 days and customer will be asked to re-submit payment with paypal.
