Why should we have to risk ruining our walls and lungs to enjoy a highly scented and relaxing candle? (look below for answer)*

Welcome to the eBay listings by Rez Candles Custom Candle company. All of our candles are hand poured and most are highly scented. We triple scent most of our candles so you do not even have to burn them to smell them throughout the room. Our tea light candles can be burned in their original clear plastic holder or can be easily removed from the plastic holder so you can burn them in your favorite fire safe tealight dish. We use all natural scents and oils in our candles.

*Most Candle Manufacturers use 100% Paraffin wax which has been known not to be the healthiest wax to burn. It is made from Petroleum waste. Burning ~100% Paraffin candles produces smoke and soot. The use of 100% Paraffin wax candles produce that ugly black carbon smoke that will stick to your walls and stain them. It is not too great to breathe in as well.

There is no way to get away from paraffin in candles as it is extremely good for holding the scent oil in scented candles. The Major brand candle makers use 100% Paraffin because it is cheap and they can profit much more.

RezCandles Custom Candles uses only 10% or less Paraffin wax to hold all the scent and the balance of the candle that help burning time is made with 100% All Natural Palm Wax.

We use the maximum scent in which the wax will hold. There are NO LEAD in our wicks. Rez Candles high Quality candles are highly scented, high quality you would expect from a name brand like home interiors but without the brand name pricing. Our candles have been purchased to be used at birthday parties, weddings, Christmas Decorations as well as for simple personal use around the kitchen, bedroom or bathroom. Our Vanilla scented candles help you feel relaxed.

Payment and Terms

Payment I prefer Paypal eCheck, Credit Card or PayPal Instant Transfer.International Buyers: You are responsible for paying all import duty, tax, and fees which may be collected by your country when the parcel arrives. If the postal service of your country charges an additional collection fee if you are not at home to receive the parcel, you are also responsible for that.
Fees I currently do charge any tax only if the item is shipping from the same state in which you reside. All of the profit made is donated to www.projectcontactafrica.com.
Shipping SHIPPING IS DONE BY WEIGHT NOT VALUE. I prefer USPS priority for US shipments. If insurance is not bought then i am not responsible for the shipment once it leaves my hands.
Delivery I usually ship within 2-3 working days. If i am going to be any longer, i will email customers letting them know.
Refunds & Returns There are no returns on non-defective merchandise or NBA Sports Memorabilia. There is Third Party Insurance through buysafe.com which is included in the bid price. If you would like additional Assurance for any Sports Memorabilia, Please request the signed items to go to PSA / DNA for the additional fee.

SOFTWARE RETURNS:

All returns require an RMA number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting our customer service department at sales@rezcandles.com Monday - Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm CST. Please follow these steps to ensure proper processing of your return:

1) Please email us with your intentions and the reason for Return
2) We will file an RMA on your behalf with the shipping warehouse
3) Usually within 1-3 Business days
4) Full Purchase price refund will be given if product is returned exactly as shipped
5) Customer will incur 15% restocking fee if product is returned opened / damaged and not defective
