Warranty:  Wayne provides a 3 year manufacturer's warranty on this model.  LiquidNation is a factory authorized dealer for Wayne Pumps.  These pumps were aquired as part of a closeout, and were not purchased directly from Wayne Pumps.  Wayne only provides warranty coverage on pumps purchased directly from them by an authorized dealer, so they won't honor the factory warranty on this pump. 

LiquidNation will honor the terms of the Wayne warranty for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.  These are excellent pumps and we sell hundreds of them.  If you want the 3 year warranty, please see eBay item #:  130339175727
