          Yes, this entire phone system is Pre-Programmed / Plug & Play.  It is ready to use right out of the box.  All you have to do is plug in the phones, and turn on the power.  In addition if you need any help, we have certified technicians on staff that can walk you through any part of the installation process.  We can also dial-in remotely from our lab and assist in setting up the voicemail and auto-attendants.
