RETURNS

Refunds are strictly for the BID amount. Once we receive the defective item (all items in description) and examine it, the refund/exchange will be processed. You MUST contact us, prior to returning an item. Please send the return/exchange form (included w/ item) or a note with the returned item as to why it is being returned and if you want an exchange OR refund. If you would like to exchange for the same product and we are out of stock, we will immediately issue a refund instead! We will not issue a refund for items tampered with. We will not issue a refund until the item is considered non-shipping damaged. Refunds will not be given on items sold "AS IS" OR if the return item is received 15 DAYS after an item has been shipped originally.
