I'VE SOLD FROM MANY COMPANY'S AND THESE ARE THE MOST DETAILED ONES I'VE EVER SEEN.

SORRY NO BOX THEY WERE KEPT IN MY CHINA CABINET.
THIS ONE IS FROM 2004 MRS. ALBEE AWARD.
I COULDN'T FIND ANY CHIPS AND NO DAMAGED AT ALL.
HAND-PAINTED AND IS A DON SHEFFLER CREATION. YOU HAD TO BE IN THE PRESIDENTS CLUB TO GET ONE.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING
If you are bidding on more than one item, please do NOT pay until we send you an invoice. This is the only way we can save you money on shipping, but you have to wait for the invoice.
We never overcharge on shipping cost, if we make a mistake we always refund any overcharged shipping cost back to the buyer. Pictures with glass are heavy so if you have a problem with the shipping please don't bid. It is the post office you have a problem with not with us since we only charge what the post office charges us with a small handling fee.
We use Bags for the swags, and Bubble Wrap , Peanuts, Cardboard, Foam plus other items we need to make sure your item(s)arrive safely at that new home.
We check all items before they are packed to make sure you don't receive anything damaged. If we find something wrong with an item we will contact you with some options on what you want us to do, this rarely happens. We will never ship a damage item.
Payment is dued in 7 days. Due to EBay changing the rules we only except paypal. Sorry for any problems this might cause you , it's out of our hands. One good thing you will receive your item faster. We take PayPal ONLY at this time.
Shipping
We ship every Monday morning. If you need your item fast , PLEASE contact us before bidding. You will receive an email from us the day before we ship, also Paypal will send you an email with the tracking number. Please wait until the 8th business day before contacting us about when your package will be ship, if you haven't already heard from us. If we are ever even a day late in shipping we always email my buyers to let them know. We believe in keeping you informed .
Insurance is included on all items that are breakable.

NONPAYMENT
All nonpayers will be turned over to the Collection Agency as described at the bottom of our auctions. When you bid you are under a contract with us. Nonpayers cost all sellers time, and money, so make sure you are planning on paying before you confirm your bid. This will help us to keep saving you money on your item and your handling charges.

I Expect All Winning Bids to be Honored
RESPONSIBILITY: Unless stated otherwise, full payment, including all shipping and insurance charges, is due via a payment method disclosed in this auction within 10 days of auction close. If not received, payment is considered delinquent 10 days after auction close.
COMMITMENT: I am committed to completing the transaction. I hold the winning bidder accountable for his/her winning bid. Placing a bid on this auction is a legally binding obligation.
ACCOUNTABILITY: Should the winning bidder become delinquent in settling the transaction, I reserve the right to pursue payment through the use of collection services.
COMPENSATION: Should the winning bidder default on completing the transaction, I reserve the alternative to assess and collect a restocking fee as compensation for fees and holding costs related to the incomplete transaction. The restocking fee will amount to $10 + 20 percent of the sale price.

If you ever have any problems with your order the only thing you need to do is contact us, but if an item is damaged through the mail we will file the insurance for you . Insurance is very important on breakable items. What is a couple of dollars to make sure you are covered and you don't loose money in case an item gets damaged. Only way we can help is if you contact us first. Most of our bad feedbacks are from people that never contacted us first. We take pride in our business and feedbacks. We do what we can to make things right. Just give us a chance. We are here to help you . We sell items at our wholesalers cost. We don't buy our items from on-line. The places we buy from you have to have a tax number and no one else can buy from them. We are truly a business and pay taxes on everything we sell.
