AVAILABLE SHIPPING OPTIONS: 
  1. Free; Dock delivery: Delivery from truck to loading dock. Customer is responsible for unloading product, locating safe, final placement, unpack and pallet and debris removal. Not available for residential deliveries. Delivery to a dock with appropriate dock plates. LTL carrier backs to customer dock.
  2. Free; Residential Curbside: During checkout select Standard Flat Rate Shipping option. Safe will be removed from the truck and lowered (lift-gate included) to the ground. Customer is responsible for bring the safe inside the home.
  3. $70.00; Threshold: During checkout select Other Shipping option. Delivery personnel will place safe inside first exterior doorway, garage or carport. Includes up to four (4) steps exterior to first doorway. Customer is responsible for final placement, unpack, and debris removal.
  4. $120.00; Full Service: During checkout select Expedited Flat Rate option. Two man delivery, Room of choice, unpack, placed, trash removed & 2 flights of stairs prior to threshold. Please be aware that additional charges may incur due to unforeseen difficulties or obstructions at location. Such as; delivery does not include removing doors or moving furniture out of the way or placing ply wood on the ground to get through an unpaved back or side door or going into any basement or attic. Please note that this option will increase delivery time by a couple weeks.

The shipping company will charge you to redeliver the safe if you are not present after your agreed upon delievery.

  • A tracking number will be provided to you through e-mail so that you can track your order online.   
  • The safe will be off loaded at the curb or to your dock only and not brought inside.




All safes are individually inspected prior to being shipped directly to you from the warehouse. Consequently, upon receiving your safe from the trucking company, inspect the packaging for noticeable signs of damage such as tears in the box(s), heavy friction marks to the box(s), indentions, etc. If there are signs of damage to the packaging, inspect the product in a timely fashion to make sure the damage did not extend beyond the packaging. 

  • If there is considerable damage to the product, refuse the shipment and a replacement will be issued.
  • If there are visible amounts of damage to the packaging and the shipper or buyer does not have ample time to inspect the product thoroughly, make sure it is notated specifically on the bill of lading. 
  • If damage is not notated on the shippers documents, the buyer/purchaser will be liable to make all claims against the shipper and removes all liability of damage from Best Buy Safes.

  • Returned merchandise not due from shipping damage must be unopened and in good condition. Merchandise may not be returned without Best Buys Safes prior approval. The customer will pay all freight shipping and handling fees on original shipment and return shippment. A restocking fee for undamaged returns will be charged 20% of the merchandise cost.
