Buyer should make the assumption all games are greatest hits, platinum hits or players choice versions. All items are brand new and sealed and version does not affect game play. All items are legitimate games and not copies or bootlegs and are purchased direct from manufacturer or authorized distributor. Please understand ebay uses stock photos of items and they control these photos and seller cannot change what ebay presents on product search pages. Examples would be all Final Fantasy and Chrono Cross games are greatest hits versions and not "black label" collector edition versions. In instances where we sent the customer a wrong item in error, our policy is to have customer send us back wrong item. Once received we will send out correct item and reimburse customer for return postage at the USPS 1st class mail rate. We do not take back opened games period unless they are defective, if we shipped the wrong game in error and you opened it you now bought it. We have no choice in this regard due to software copyright laws. In instances where customer bought a game not compatible with their game system, the above rules and policies also apply. We clearly state game compatibility on each item page and if you bought a game that does not work for your region, you own it as there are no returns due to buyer making mistake and not reading or understanding.

Ship To Address:
We only ship items via us postal system. We also will only ship items to address that is supplied to us via ebay-paypal. It is buyers responsibility to ensure the address is a valid US Postal address and is a current mailing address. We do not and cannot change ship to addresses after payment is made, we do not refer to any notes left in the paypal payment notes section, and we cannot refer to separate emails regarding this. Once your order is paid it cannot be altered or changed in any way, shape or form. If an item is not delivered as a result of buyer providing an undeliverable address the buyer is responsible for lost items.
