Shipping

 Shipping & Handling Information:

• Items will be shipped via Hong Kong Post Office Air Parcel Service.
• Based on our experience, it usually takes 9-15 *business days for the package to be delieved from the date we ship. If you have not receive the item within 20 *business days, please feel free to contact us.
•  Please note that this is an International Shippment. We always try our best to ship our items as fast as possible but it may still take longer than domestic shippment due to the distance and custom process.

*Please note that Post office do not process parcels on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays

Terms of Sale

Return/Exchange Policy:

• For customer's satisfaction we do exchange defective merchandise. Please contact (E-mail) us within 3 days of delivery if any defective item has been found. We will be more than happy to replace defective item with same item since the satisfaction of our customers is our top priority.
• Please note that NO refund will be issued.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost in all cases of exchange/return and we will pay for the resend shipping cost.
• In the cases of exchange, we strongly recommend you to return the item with insured/certified shipping service (item MUST be returned in its original condition).
• Please note that we will NOT be responsible for items that are return uninsured.

• It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to us that you could give us 5 STARS for ALL Detailed Seller Ratings so that we can remain our seller status. Ebay has changed their policy recently to restrict sellers with low ratings so any rating lower than a 5 is FAIL. We always return the favor to our customers with our low prices.
