• We do not offer any type of Technical Assistance for any items sold.

• Only the items pictured and/or described in this auction are included.
• If the item includes a hard drive, it will be formatted. No operating system or software will be installed; not even Microsoft® Windows.
• Pictures are generally taken of the actual item.
• Do NOT come to our location to test the item in person. Please refer to the item description and testing note we provide above.
  
• If something is not pictured or is not mentioned in the description of the item, do not assume you will get anything more than that. Cables, power cords, power adapters, batteries, manuals, software (installed or not), or anything else that may be important to the operation of the item will not be included unless pictured and/or mentioned in the description.
• Specifications are provided by the product manufacturer, Fred's Fresh Deals is not responsible for the accuracy of the specifications.
• Package contents sometimes listed in the specifications are to provide information on what the item came with in a retail box. You will receive what is pictured only.
• If we state an item "powers on", this means that we plugged it in (or used a battery), and something (lights, fans, beeps, etc) indicated the unit was receiving power, but no further testing was performed. If we list an item as "non-working" or "non-functional", this means we were unable to make it function properly .
• All items are sold “AS-IS” . This means that the item is 1) being sold to you with all faults; 2) the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the item is with you (the buyer); and 3) if the item you purchase is defective, you (NOT Fred's Clearance Center) are completely responsible for the entire cost of any and all necessary servicing or repair.
• For sake of clarity and avoidance of doubt, NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE BEING MADE WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THIS ITEM.

• Payment must be received within 3 days of auction close. (This includes weekends and holidays.)
• We will email the winning bidder confirmation shortly after the auction ends.
• Payment confirmations will be sent upon receipt of payment.
• Shipping confirmations with tracking instructions will be sent after the item(s) are shipped.
• Fred's Fresh Deals accepts PayPal payments sent to ffdeals@gmail.com. (Paypal will accept most credit card payments online.)
• Please only bid if you can pay via the approved payment method.
• If payment is not received on or before the seventh day, an UNPAID ITEM DISPUTE will be filed, even if you have notified us of a delay on payment.
• Fred's Fresh Deals reserves the right to accept or reject any payment received after the seventh day.
• If payment has not been received, or is rejected, a FINAL VALUE FEE CREDIT will be filed.

• We treat every buyer as end purchaser. No Reseller Programs. No Tax Exemption.
  

• We guarantee the item you purchase is in the condition described in the Item Condition section above, or you may return it for refund. Any discrepancies or defects must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item.
• You (the buyer) is responsible for the return shipping fee; and we will have the original shipping charge refunded to you.
  
• Fred's Clearance Center does NOT accept returns for items that go defective over the course of its use.
• Please contact us before leaving any negative feedback or file any PayPal Dispute. We will always do our best to assist you and ensure your satisfaction.

• We will ship your item to the shipping address supplied with your Paypal payment.
• We do not ship internationally. No APO, Virgin Islands, PR and Guam shipments will be accepted.
• Items that state Local pickup only will not be shipped. They need to be picked up within 5 days of auction end.
• Fred's Fresh Deals will NOT ship to an address you provide in a general e-mail, only to the shipping address supplied with your Paypal payment.
• Paypal payments are handled automatically by our auction management program, so please make sure to supply any alternate address by adding it to the list of shipping addresses on your Paypal account. Our auction management program does not recognize addresses supplied in the comments section of the payments.
• All shipments will be shipped UPS Ground. No exceptions.
• Fragile items are packaged with appropriate materials to protect them; however, things can and do happen in transit. UPS or AIT should assume full responsibility for lost, damaged or broken items due to shipping mis-handling in transit.
• If you return an item to Fred's Fresh Deals because you received the wrong item from us, you are responsible for lost, damaged or broken items while the product is in transit. As such, you may want to consider purchasing insurance (which shall be solely at your expense) for the shipment.
• It is the recipient's responsibility to file a damage/loss report (whether with UPS or the carrier selected by the recipient in the event of a return) should damage or loss should occur. It is also the recipient's responsibility to follow through with this claim until it is finalized.
• Please note that it usually takes 45-60 days or longer for a damage/loss claim refund.
• When a claims refund is granted from the shipping company, the buyer's refund will be in the amount of actual purchase price only . Shipping and Packaging fees, as well as any insurance fees, will not be included in a damage/loss refund! The shipping companies do not include shipping costs or insurance costs in their refunds/claims.

Any claims, suits or actions brought by you against Fred's Fresh Deals shall be brought exclusively in the state and/or federal courts located in Los Angeles County , California . California law, without reference to its conflicts of law principles, shall govern the interpretation and performance of these terms and conditions. By submitting a bid and/or making a purchase, you are hereby submitting yourself to the personal jurisdiction of such courts in Los Angeles County.
