Items under XSOUNDS warranty must be shipped back to us for repair. Items will be warranted for normal use; abuse or deliberate physical damage will void XSOUNDS warranty. If you have a XSOUNDS warranty repair you must contact us via email for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

Items being sent back for XSOUNDS warranty must be accompanied with a valid RMA number for your item, and it must be returned in its original box with all packaging material, accessories, manuals, and ALL parts.

Arrangements must be made prior to return of item for XSOUNDS warranty work.
