Return Policy:
You must request a return for exchange within 30 days (45 days for international customers) after the invoice date. No refunds after, no exceptions.
When returning product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. Spot4ink will not be responsible for any shipping loss from your side.
Customer must inform Spot4ink for any order discrepancy within 7 days of the delivery date for accurately investigator. Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty and the return Policy.
All return(s) must have the original packaging and accessories.
The shipping fee is non-refundable. Buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Spot4ink will not reimburse any customers for return shipping costs.

This Limited Warranty covers only defects arising under normal use and does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature or improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than Spot4ink. Any claim of shortages in the content of the shipments shall be deemed waived if not made within three (3) business days after receipt of shipment.
