(Part 1093)  This is a ConTech (RA4100VINC), 4" architectural grade housing.  It has the following features:  4 5/16" aperture, 5" ceiling opening;  adjusts to varying ceiling thickness (1 1/4" max);  allow 3" clearance around fixture;  accessories for mounting in solid or suspended ceilings.  Interlocking adjustable hanger bars expand from 14" to 24".  Hangers fit into T-bar ceilings.  It is being sold as new, individually.
